The exterior is in fabulous condition. The car has always been garaged, and has lived on Sydney's north shore all its life. The paint is all original, and when compared to a 2-week-old paint job in the came colour, on another ED XR6, it is impossible to tell the difference! The colour is called 'Le Mans Red'.

A modification that I have made to the exterior is the clear side indicators. The car is featured in the Fordmods technical document for this modification here.

I also had the windows tinted in late 2004. It is darkest legal all around - 35% front, 25% rear. The tint is a Solartint metal tint, with a lifetime guarantee not to bubble.

The car currently has Bridgestone GIII tyres with heaps of tread (no burnouts!). These tyres cost an arm and a leg, but have been well worth it! They stick to the road like glue in the wet.
