Calves for sale
Crowdy Farm's calves which were born in 2007 are currently enjoying their Mid North Coast lifestyle! They will be available for sale from about mid-March 2008.

The calves are extremely quiet and are handled daily. They are top quality commercial cattle in excellent condition.
Crowdy Farm calves would suit first timers on small farms or serious breeders.

The Property…
Crowdy Farm is located on 70 acres of undulating land at Coralville, New South Wales. Located half way between Port Macquarie and Taree, and only minutes from the beach at Crowdy Bay, Crowdy Farm is a great place for breeding and raising cattle.
The Cattle…
Crowdy Farm produces Murray Grey commercial cattle – Australia’s own breed of beef cattle. The breed is well-known for its easy-going temperament and the Crowdy Farm breeding cows are particularly placid. Their calves are handled daily and are especially people-friendly and easy to manage. This makes Crowdy Farm calves ideal for the small farm market.
Calves For Sale…
Each year we have very quiet and well-handled calves for sale. We can deliver them to local areas.
The Family…
Crowdy Farm is run by Andrea and Terry Bourke, with the “help” of assorted animals.
The Other Animals…
Crowdy Farm is home for a variety of animals, apart from the Murray Greys.
Jazz the Labrador and Jimmy the Staffordshire Terrier are the trusted guard dogs. Wally, the recently adopted stray dog (of unknown pedigree!) is now a much-loved addition to the family. He is learning to help with the cattle! Splash the cat runs the house. Various hens provide the family with eggs daily. Kinkie the pet pig provides amusement to all as he plays in his own paddock.
Andrea’s Australian Stock Horse, Clovelly Snickers, and Terry’s Quarter Horse, Rocky, live on the property, along with Tom Tom the Shetland (who has his own small cart). Snickers and Rocky provide local transport – when time allows!
As Crowdy Farm has plenty of bushland and is only a short distance from the Crowdy Bay National Park and the Johns River State Forest, it has plenty of resident wildlife and a passing cavalcade of birds.
