Calves for sale
Crowdy Farm's calves which were born in 2008 are Murray Grey / Brangus cross. They will be available for sale from about mid-March 2009.

These are extremely quiet, top quality calves that would suit first timers on small farms or serious breeders.

The Property…

Owned and run by Andrea and Terry Bourke, Crowdy Farm is located on 70 acres of pasture improved undulating land at Coralville, New South Wales (halfway between Port Macquarie and Taree and only minutes from the beach at Crowdy Bay).

The Cattle…

Crowdy Farm produces Murray Grey commercial cattle – Australia’s own breed of beef cattle. The breed is well-known for its easy-going temperament and the Crowdy Farm breeding cows are particularly placid. They are handled daily and are especially people-friendly and easy to manage.

New bull arrives at Crowdy Farm…

In 2008 Crowdy Farm purchased a 2 year old registered Murray Grey bull from "Ondiong" on the Dorrigo plateau. He has settled in well and is proving to be very quiet and easy to manage. His first calves are eagerly awaited and will be born mid-2009.
